A few words, about the year that going to end, and in the occasion of the Holiday most loved by the Italians: we have faced and we are still facing many troubles in keeping alive our concepts of freedom and democracy, but all signs point to our success. The crypto-communist and the anarchist oppositions tried and still try all that is their power to make our sociey collapse, but they failed, are failing and will surely fail. History itself is against them. The Government lead by Mr. Silvio Berlusconi is still ruling firmly and safely. The economy is recovering. The Universities and the High School system have been succesfully reformed, notwithstanding the bombs, the riots, the destruction and the assassination attempts carried out by the communists and by the anarchists. The mayor Italian private enterprise, the FIAT company is now between the leaders of the world automotive market, after the acquisition of the Chrysler brand and it just signed an innovative contract with the workers, where they gain a salary increase in exchange with the promise of a lesser absenteeism and a not politicized unions. Target is to produce in Italy 280,000 cars per year, under both brands Chrysler and Alfa. This was the 2010, and we have good hope of a better 2011, with God's help...
